November 5 To Tekiah's disappointment, anti-bilingual education ballot measure passes statewide, depriving students and teachers of the use of important teaching methodologies. However, 56% of voters in Brookline and 51% or voters in Newton vote against the measure, and Tekiah hopes that our efforts in these heavily Jewish cities helped to influence the vote.
